Bridewell Consulting recently achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, which is the international standard for having a Quality Management System.
Bridewell’s Director Anthony Young commented: “The quality of processes, people and delivery is at the heart of what we do. Gaining ISO 90001 allows us to provide assurance to our clients and validate the level of effort and importance we place upon quality.”
ISO 9001 is an international framework that organisations often use to demonstrate that they can consistently produce quality deliverables and services and that quality has the full support of leadership. Bridewell has been independently certified by a UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) body, which validates the effectiveness of the QMS and supporting processes.
Bridewell’s ISO 9001 certification covers the services it provides to clients and internal administrative functions. This certification also adds to Bridewell’s ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certification, which validates that the company has implemented an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Bridewell’s Head of Marketing, Lise Cook also commented: “At Bridewell it is vital that we practice what we preach. The internal accreditations are a great way of us demonstrating to our clients that these things are important and validate that the quality of our work and security around the service we provide are paramount. We continue to build our internal accreditations, to address changes in the industry and to continue delivering high-quality consultancy and services.”
