The GDPR provides some vague instruction on a requirement for Controllers and Processors to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. Bridewell’s delivery Director, Scott Nicholson discusses this requirement but focuses on activities that organisations should consider in order to demonstrate an appropriate level of security.
Scott will look at practical advice and also discuss some of the certification frameworks that can be leveraged to demonstrate accountability in this area of law, which is vitally important, but lacking in specific instructions for organisations to follow.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
